My partner has short legs, and has never been comfortable in cowgirl position until we bought this. It's discreet as a foam bench that our pets sleep on at night. We even topped it with a Mexican blanket and it's barely noticeable. It takes maybe a minute to remove or reinstall the outer cover, so it's not inconvenient to convert. I'm rather heavy, but the foam is very supportive and comfortable. It's great for several positions a traditional flat surface like a bed can't assist with, particularly if your partner(s) and you are different sizes. We did some research and settled on trying this, and I can't think of a better product for this purpose.
